My name is Joshua Davis and I am the founder of WisMinn Property Group.

I originally have 3 years of real estate appraisal experience originating from Madison, Wisconsin. I have made the change to home inspection as I prefer eliminating constant, unwanted, third party involvement that occurs in the valuation process of an appraisal. Home inspections allow me to really tackle the issues in a home that can add, or detract, value from a property.

Prior to becoming a licensed and certified home inspector, I was a bartender and I am currently finishing up my pre-law requirements for my Bachelors in Justice Studies before entering law school where I will focus on Corporate law and Civil litigation.

Additionally, I was an ESL English teacher with 13 certifications in teaching English in Vietnam and Indonesia for about 10 years.

I pride myself in providing accurate and responsible reporting in the real estate industry. I have extensive experience dealing with people and respect the need for reliable work.

I enjoy golfing and fishing in my free time, which is far and few between and definitely weather permitting in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
