Some of us are former home appraisers turned home inspectors with over 5 years and 5,000 residential appraisals under our belts and we are used to doing in-depth, deeply detailed analyses of residential homes and income properties. Others of us come from the the construction field with various backgrounds in construction. Becoming home inspectors is a natural switch-over for all of us and allows us to analyze homes for buyers in a way that is completely unbiased and not influenced by motivated, 3rd party interests.
Using our expertise in valuing residential and income properties, we have created a home inspection company that values the understanding of what does and does not create value in the real estate market and transferring that knowledge to helping home buyers having a complete picture of the property while insuring that home buyers are aware of deficiencies and are not purchasing what could end up being a money pit.
We pride ourselves on being fast, courteous, accurate and reliable when providing our services. We offer extremely detailed, but easy to read home inspection reports and we encourage the buyer or agent to be there when we do the inspection so that we can sit down after and go through our findings.
